Create a Helix Event Type

post https://api.verkada.com/cameras/v1/video_tagging/event_type

This method can be used to generate an Event Type by specifying the Organization ID along with its corresponding API Key. Users will need to define the Event Type schema by entering whichever event type name they would like, as well the associated attribute keys they have chosen.

Note: This is the required first step for using Verkada Helix.
